Office Status: Hybrid

Job Description:

  • Review customers at onboarding, periodic refreshes and trigger based reviews
  • Conduct screening to identify PEPs, AML events, and negative news for Customers are related parties or SDNs
  • Perform accurate customer risk ratings and identifying high-risk entities
  • Conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) for Customers deemed to be high-risk
  • Manage all workload and completing all reviews within set deadlines
  • Liaise with lines of business and solving KYC issues and disputes prior to escalation
  • Escalate key findings and disputes to appropriate personnel/departments in a timely manner

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience is required
  • Detailed oriented and organized with prior work experience in Banking, KYC, and/or Compliance is required
  • Be able to multi-task and communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders
  • Maintain subject matter expertise of applicable KYC compliance requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
